Madeleine Taylor-Hopps

Maddie has joined CAYP Psychology as Executive Assistant, bringing a strong background in both executive support and finance. Before joining the team, she worked closely with the Executive  Team  at a successful software company, supporting the leaders through a period of rapid growth which culminated in a multi- million pound sale.

Earlier in her career, Maddie worked in accounts for a promotional merchandise company, giving her a solid grounding in business operations. She’s known for her excellent organisational skills, calm approach, and being the go-to person when something needs sorting.

Maddie lives in Leeds with her husband Steve.  She has travelled extensively, mostly chasing her children around the world to such places as China, South America, New Zealand and Australia.  She also enjoys long walks, Pilates, and spending time with friends and family—especially her little grandson, who keeps her on her toes!
