About Me

Dr Victoria Milner is a Clinical Psychologist and Neurodevelopmental Specialist with over 9 years of experience facilitating autism assessments with people across the lifespan.

Victoria has worked across independent, NHS and research settings facilitating gold standard neurodevelopmental assessments. She is passionate about adopting a neuro-affirmative and inclusive approach across her practice.

In addition to completing the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Oxford, Victoria has a PhD during which she explored barriers to diagnosis and support for autistic women and girls at King’s College London. Victoria has several publications; her research has a focus on improving access to, effectiveness, and appropriateness of services, and exploring autistic people’s experiences.

Victoria uses her research interests and expertise to ensure her clinical practice is evidence based and client focused. Her key values as a clinician include transparency, humility and compassion. Victoria appreciates that everyone she works with is an individual and strives to make her approach personal to everyone.
