About Me

Rebecca is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in psychological therapy, autism assessments, and ADHD assessments for children and young people. She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves, feel understood, and receive the right support to thrive.

With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London and over 10 years’ experience years experience in NHS mental health services, Rebecca specialises in helping children and their families navigate emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges.

She utilises evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative, Systemic and Integrative approaches tailored to each child’s unique needs. Rebecca offers an LGBTQIA+ and neuro affirmative approach.

In addition to therapy, she provides comprehensive autism and ADHD assessments, helping families gain clarity and access the right resources. Her goal is to empower children and their caregivers with the tools and understanding needed to support emotional well-being, confidence, and personal growth. Rebecca has additional training through the National  Autism Trainer Programme and uses this expertise to provide a neuro affirmative approach in her work.

Rebecca currently works in an East London NHS CAMHS team; specialising in working with specialist schools, both SEND schools and Alternative Provisions. She uses her expertise to individually support children with behaviours of distress and their families. As well as carrying out psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments, offering specialist consultation and  supervision to educational professionals and delivering specialised training in these settings.

Rebecca is passionate about making a real difference in children’s and families’ lives. She believes that early intervention and the right support can have a lasting positive impact on a child’s future. Families seeking expert psychological support for their child can trust in her compassionate and professional approach.
