Dr. Neha Matharu

Neha has worked in the NHS and private sector for over fifteen years and has experience of working across the lifespan. She has substantial experience of completing specialist psychological assessments, cognitive assessments, autism assessments and medico-legal reports. Her experience of working with children, families and young people is extensive.

Neha’s clinical practice is influenced by the following long and short term therapies: cognitive-behavioural therapy, person centred therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, mindfulness, systemic and narrative therapy. Has has recently also undertaken a qualification in life coaching.

Neha believes in developing a nurturing and safe space for children and families, where they feel comfortable and safe. She enjoys her role as a clinical psychologist and takes pride in supporting families on their journey and achieving their therapeutic goals.
