About Me

Jade has worked in NHS mental health services for 10 years. She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at Newcastle University.

Since qualifying as a clinical psychologist, Jade has mostly worked in children and young people inpatient services. She has gained experience working with young people with a wide range complex needs and enduring mental health difficulties. Leading to expertise in complex assessment and formulation and working with families and systems.

Jade uses a range of different approaches when working with young people including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Jade works creatively to help engage and empower young people. Jade has a particular interest in working with autistic young people and anxiety. She has a wealth of experience working with autism friendly way.

Jade is a registered practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC, PYL040078).

When not at work, Jade loves to travel, try new food and go on adventures with her German Shepherd.
