About Me

Hannah has worked in mental health services in the NHS since 2014. She has a wide range of experience in supporting children, young adults, and adults with managing any difficulties they may be experiencing causing them distress.
Hannah uses an integrative approach to the support she offers, focusing on cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassion focused therapy. Hannah works in a community neurorehabilitation team in the NHS and has lots of experience in supporting individuals with cognitive changes and long-term physical health difficulties. The impact on both the individuals and family’s well-being in these circumstances is included within the assessment of these needs. She also has comprehensive knowledge of neuropsychological assessments with experience of supporting children and adults through this process.
