About Me
Emma is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked in a range of psychology services, both in the NHS and in private practice since 2009. Emma has vast experience working with a range of mental health difficulties and neurodevelopmental conditions in children and adults. Emma currently works privately offering therapeutic interventions (CBT / EMDR) alongside autism assessments for children and adults.
Emma initially worked as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, qualifying in 2010, before undertaking a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Surrey (2019).
Emma has completed additional training in the assessment of Autism Spectrum Conditions (ADOS-2 & ADI-R) and gained experience working in autism diagnostic services with children and adults.
Emma is registered with HCPC as a Practitioner Psychologist (PYL38241) and with the BACBP as an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (101356).
