Katie is the Team Leader for the Live Chat Team and looks after our chats along with her team. She gained a degree in Internet and Multimedia Computing and has worked with Live Chat for over 3 years gaining experience and using this knowledge whilst also continuing to develop in the area.
In her spare time Katie likes to go to the cinema, read a book or enjoy a few glasses of wine with friends and family.
