About Me

Ewa has worked in a variety of NHS mental health services since 2008. During her clinical career Ewa has worked with clients across the life span who suffered with a range of mental health difficulties. Currently, Ewa works in the NHS within a specialist early years mental health team supporting families with children from pregnancy to 5 years old.

Ewa specialises in helping families with building the relationship and communication with their babies and children. She also supports parents with managing particular age-related difficulties such as tricky to manage behaviour, feeding problems, sleep difficulties, or issues around toilet training. Ewa has expertise in working with children’s anxiety (for example, around separations or following trauma).

Ewa uses a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ewa is also trained in using Video Interaction Guidance (VIG), Baby Bonding, and is an experienced Incredible Years Parent Group Leader.
